We offer three programs for careers in the culinary industry, including culinary arts, pastry arts, as well as a chef track. We offer flexible programs with part-time and full-time options, plus day and evening classes at our campus in Boulder, Colorado and Austin, Texas. Our part- and full-time pastry programs can be completed in 5 to 15 weeks, and our full-time culinary arts program can be completed in just six months. Our culinary arts program includes a month-long professional Farm-to-Table externship. We keep class sizes small and offer lifetime job placement assistance to graduates."
